Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Planning and preparing advertising and promotional policies and materials to increase sales of projects
- Preparing budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development
- Identifying and developing contacts for promotional campaigns and industry programs such as advertising agencies, event organizers and partners
- Monitoring and analyzing sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns
- Coordinating activities of departments, such as sales, technical, finance, and business development
- Male or Female
- Having at least 5 years in Property Industry
