Customer Service Manager
- To plan, direct and control managerial and support personnel in performing customer service & Air Cargo as our clearance service to customers, to ensure timely and cost effective accomplishment of service commitment and revenue goals
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Strong command of English (both written and verbal)
- Experience in handling Customer Service and Operational activities in courier express company.
- Knowledge of forwarding and distribution industry.
- Strong planning, organizing, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- 2 Full-Time positions available.
- Plan, execute, evaluate, analyze, and update training development programs to ensure and improve employees’ competencies and performance.
- Hold Bachelor's degree in Education or in related fields
- Computer literate and English Fluency
- Having capability to teach and a wealth desire to share knowledge to others
- Good presentation skill with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and observational skill
- Willing to travel
- Fast learner
