PALYJA is part of SUEZ ENVIRONMENT, a business line of GDF SUEZ France, which provides Water and Waste Services as well as related equipment essential for day to day life and the environment protection; and also part of PT Astratel Nusantara, business line of ASTRA Group – Indonesia which runs business in infrastructure sector.

- Maping manpower position and succession mapping
- S-1 all major preferebly Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Working experience in Human Capital Development minimum 3 - 4 years

- Merancang konsep Company Performance Goals
- Merumuskan Performance System yang akan diimplementasikan
- Menetapkan komposisi Performance Score
- Menetapkan sistem distribusi penilaian
- Menjamin implementasi Performance Management System di PALYJA sesuai dengan konsep yang telah dirumuskan
- Memonitor proses rekrutmen
- Membuat Indidvidual Career Plan untuk key person
- Pendidikan profesi Psikolog/S1 Psikologi with certification or Human Resources Management
- Pengalaman kerja minimum 3 - 4 tahun di bidang yang sama
