Senior Legal Manager

- Prospective candidates must have minimum S1 degree in business law with GPA > 3.0 (preferably with S2 degree in business law or finance with GPA > 3.4) plus minimum 5 years of work experience as Legal Manager in big corporations or law firms.
- Job description includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, identifying and mitigating legal risks, providing legal opinions, and conducting legal due diligence.
- Sound understanding of capital market regulations and transactions is required.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Having basic communication skills in written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
Assistant Corporate Secretary

- Prospective candidates must have minimum S1 degree in business law or finance with GPA > 3.0 (preferably with S2 degree in finance or business law with GPA > 3.4) plus minimum 2 years of work experience as Assistant Corporate Secretary in publicly-listed companies.
- Job description includes preparing & filing statutory reports, preparing AGM & BOC meetings and other corporate events, archiving corporate documents, acting as liaison officer to various stakeholders, and promoting & monitoring good corporate governance.

Mechanical / Electrical / Instrument Engineer

- Prospective candidates must have minimum S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering with GPA > 3.0 from reputable university plus minimum 2 years of work experience in boilers, turbines, generators, or DCS in power plant.
