Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia - Kemdikbud or the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia is the Indonesian government ministries in charge of education and cultural affairs. The Ministry lead by a Minister of Education and Culture (Mendikbud) and since 22 October 2009 held by Mohammad Nuh. The Ministry was established in 1945 with Ki Hajar Dewantara as the first minister. Kemendikbud based in Jakarta and its head office located in Jl Jend Sudirman Senayan Jakarta 10270.
